Put someone in the Corridor

These are early access creative tiers. You pay once, fill in a brief, and the developer reviews and builds your character into the world. Names and backstories must fit the lore — the Corridor is a specific place with specific rules, and we'll work with you if something needs adjusting.

All proceeds here go directly into the further development of Grayborn. Recurring fees cover recurring costs — every turn runs on live LLMs and live systems, and no two games are ever the same. Subscribing keeps the Corridor running and funds our early access and active development.

NPC Naming

$50 one-time

Name and write a brief backstory for a minor NPC — a trader, a guard, a contact, a face the player might remember. You write who they are; the developer places them where they fit.

  • Your name + backstory become the character
  • Must fit Grayborn lore (no fantasy, no sci-fi)
  • Developer reviews and places them in-world

Companion Naming

$250 one-time

Name and describe a full companion character — someone who can travel with and fight alongside the player. You write who they are and what drives them; the developer builds them into the game.

  • Your name, personality, and background become canon
  • Must fit Grayborn lore (no fantasy, no sci-fi)
  • Developer reviews, builds the full character + portrait art
  • Available in-game to all players

On lore compatibility: Grayborn is set in a specific post-apocalyptic world with its own geography, factions, and rules. Names should feel human and worn-in — nothing from high fantasy, science fiction, or that would feel out of place in a survivalist settlement eight years after the collapse. If your submission needs adjusting, the developer will reach out before placing anything.
